The entire power distribution system is housed within a standard 19-inch 42U server rack footprint and features a highly modular architecture. Complemented by a comprehensive selection of optional components, the HE Series empowers customers to configure highly reliable, custom-tailored power distribution systems that meet the exact requirements of their data centers.

Localized Intelligent Monitoring

Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen display for the real-time monitoring of both main and branch circuits. Key monitored metrics include voltage, current, frequency, active and reactive power, energy consumption, and harmonics. It continuously records load curve variations and assesses system redundancy capabilities during partial faults.

Real-Time Risk Alerts

Triggers immediate on-site audio-visual alarms during system anomalies such as overloads, phase loss, or voltage fluctuations. It seamlessly integrates with facility monitoring systems to dispatch SMS or phone notifications, ensuring swift mitigation of potential risks. The interface retains up to 10 years of historical event and fault logs to facilitate comprehensive root cause analysis and accountability.

Branch Circuit Current Monitoring

Provides real-time current monitoring for all output branches with customizable two-stage alarm thresholds. For example, a 32A breaker can be configured with a primary high-current warning at 24A and a critical limit at 28A. This preemptive detection of operational hazards prevents localized overloads from triggering cabinet-wide power outages.

Standard Branch Breaker Status Detection

Continuously monitors the status of all output branch breakers. It immediately triggers an alarm in the event of a breaker trip caused by unexpected conditions such as current overloads, significantly accelerating troubleshooting and fault resolution times.

Hot-Swappable Breakers (Optional)

Enables electrical phase adjustments without modifying the existing distribution wiring, seamlessly facilitating three-phase load balancing. It also allows for the online addition of output branches and the replacement of breakers without interrupting power to the critical load.

Isolation Transformer (Optional)

Designed to convert power supply voltage levels and system configurations. It effectively isolates neutral line interference and minimizes neutral-to-ground voltage, delivering computer-grade grounding protection for highly sensitive downstream equipment.

EPO/REPO Functionality (Optional)

Features Emergency Power Off (EPO) and Remote Emergency Power Off (REPO) capabilities. In critical emergencies, operators can instantly sever the input power supply to ensure personnel safety and protect facility assets.

Surge Protection Module (Optional)

The system can be configured with an advanced surge protection device (SPD) to provide high-level defense against lightning strikes and transient overvoltage surges, safeguarding critical downstream infrastructure.
