To maintain full transparency, a lot number is assigned, enabling real-time, on-demand tracking of items across multiple locations or concurrent ITAD projects.
Weigh & Receive Assets
Upon arrival at our secure facilities, SunnyCore ITAD professionals meticulously weigh and categorize every container of IT assets. This critical data is logged into our proprietary ERP system, ensuring precise tracking and full transparency throughout the process. Audit, Sort & Inventory Equipment
Next, we conduct a detailed audit by scanning the make, model, serial number, and asset tag of every item, with the capacity to process up to 11,000 assets simultaneously. Items are thoroughly assessed for resale or recycling, with all data-bearing devices separated, logged into the SunnyCore ERP system, and securely stored in monitored cages protected by CCTV and restricted keycard access. This scale ensures efficient handling for projects of any size, meeting the needs of clients with large or complex inventories.
Secure Data Destruction
In tandem with Step 4, data-bearing devices are wiped in secure areas. Devices that cannot be wiped are destroyed using high-capacity industrial shredders, with the remnants sent downstream for material recovery. This step ensures data security by utilizing advanced technology and best practices, validated through frequent audits.
